Techniques and therapies in NDIS physiotherapy and other services
We use a range of evidence-based techniques to support NDIS participants in reaching their goals. Our services include:
- Hydrotherapy: Conducted at local aquatic centres, hydrotherapy sessions use water resistance and buoyancy to reduce joint strain while improving strength, balance and flexibility. This approach is particularly effective for conditions like Cerebral Palsy and Stroke recovery.
- Manual therapy: Hands-on techniques such as joint mobilisation and soft tissue therapy are used to relieve pain, improve range of motion and address muscle stiffness.
- Therapeutic exercises: Targeted strength-building and coordination exercises help participants regain function and confidence in everyday tasks.
- Pain management: Tailored strategies to address chronic pain and discomfort, helping participants maintain a better quality of life.
We combine these NDIS physiotherapy techniques into personalised programs that help achieve specific outcomes and align with your goals.
